NCI Will Participate in RFA-AT-11-001 Mechanistic Research on CAM Natural Products (R01)

PURPOSE
This Notice is to inform potential applicants that, effective immediately, the National Cancer Institute (NCI), (http://www.nci.nih.gov) is joining the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), (http://www.nccam.nih.gov) and Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS/NIH), (http://ods.od.nih.gov) in participating on the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-AT-11-001 Mechanistic Research on CAM Natural Products (R01). The NCI does not assign any specific set-aside funds to this FOA. Although the financial plans of the NCI provide support for this program, awards pursuant to NCI joining RFA-AT-11-001 are contingent upon the availability of funds and the receipt of a sufficient number of meritorious applications proposing projects relevant to the programmatic priorities of the NCI.
