The purpose of this Notice is to announce changes in last two application receipt dates for PAR-06-451, Quick-Trials for Novel Cancer Therapies: Exploratory Grants (R21).  Effective immediately, the penultimate receipt date deadline is moved up from August 9 to July 9, 2007, and the final receipt date deadline is moved up from December 9 to November 9, 2007.
