This addendum is to inform potential applicants responding to RFA CA-05-019 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-CA-05-019.html) of a 
pre-application workshop and of the posting of Frequently Asked Questions 
(FAQs) on the Center to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities home page. 

Potential applicants who are unable to attend the Pre-Application 
Workshop on September 15, 2004, from 1-5 p.m. in the Natcher Auditorium 
(Building 45) on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD, may participate 
remotely via live webcast by logging into www.videocast.nih.gov.  After 
that date, an archived copy of the proceedings will be available at the 
same address.

To assist potential applicants in preparing their grant applications, 
the FAQs will be available for download on the CRCDH website 
(http://crchd.nci.nih.gov/).  Until the receipt date for submission of 
applications (i.e., November 18, 2004), the FAQs will be updated, as 
necessary, by 5:00 p.m. on every Tuesday and Thursday.
