The National Cancer Institute (NCI) wishes to give notice of a change of receipt
date for applications submitted for the LIMITED COMPETITION 
EXPLORATORY/DEVELOPMENTAL GRANTS: OVERCOMING BARRIERS TO EARLY PHASE CLINICAL 
TRIALS.  The Notice (NOT-CA-02-017) for this Limited Competition appeared in the 
May 21, 2002 issue of the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts.  The previous 
application receipt date of August 23, 2002 has been changed to September 24, 
2002.  

All other aspects of this Limited Competition remain unchanged.  The Guide
