Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to clarify the Foreign Component Eligibility in the following Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) to allow for Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement:

PAR-20-217 - NCCIH Natural Product Early Phase Clinical Trial Award (R33 Clinical Trial Required)

PAR-20-218 - NCCIH Natural Product Early Phase Clinical Trial Phased Innovation Award (R61/R33 Clinical Trial Required)

PAR-21-240 - Feasibility Clinical Trials of Mind and Body Interventions for NCCIH High Priority Research Topics (R34 Clinical Trial Required)

Section III.1 Eligible Applicants, Eligible Organizations, Foreign Institutions subsection has been updated to reflect this change:
