Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform interested applicants that NCCIH is changing, effective immediately, the allowable receipt dates for applications assigned to NCCIH and submitted in response to the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PA-18-403 "Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Institutional Research Training Grant (Parent T32)" and its subsequent reissues.

Current Policy
The current NCCIH policy (described in NOT-AT-10-004) is that all competing applications (new, renewal, or resubmission) can only be submitted on January 25 of a relevant year.

New Policy
The new NCCIH policy is that applications can be submitted via the following schedule:

For New, Competing Applications - January 25

For Resubmission or Renewal Applications - January 25, May 25, or September 25

This notice also rescinds the prior NCCIH policy notice (NOT-AT-10-004).
