Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform applicants of a correction to the eligibility of foreign components in PAR-23-282, "NIAID Research Education Program Advancing the Careers of a Diverse Research Workforce (R25 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)". The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) has been revised to indicate that foreign components are allowed. Therefore, Part 2. Section III. Eligibility Information is updated as follows.

Section III. Eligibility Information

1. Eligible Applicants

Foreign Institutions

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
