Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform the extramural community that NOT-AI-23-007, “Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Advancing Research Needed to Develop a Coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever) Vaccine,” is expired as of February 23, 2023.

In place of NOT-AI-23-007, NIAID has issued NOT-AI-23-031 “Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Advancing Research Needed to Develop a Coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever) Vaccine;” this new NOSI retains the same aims to stimulate research in the areas outlined in the NIAID Strategic Plan For Research To Develop A Valley Fever Vaccine and directs interested applicants to the following funding opportunity announcements:
