Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to alert the scientific community of a change in Instructions for the Submission of Multi-Component Applications in the funding opportunity announcement entitled "NIAID Investigator Initiated Program Project Applications (P01)", PAR-13-254 which was published on June 28, 2013.

Instructions for the Submission of Multi-Component Applications

The following section supplements the instructions found in the SF 424 Application Guide, and should be used for preparing a multi-component application.

The application should consist of the following components:

  • Overall
  • Administrative Core: required
  • Cores: scientific; optional
  • Projects: minimum of 2
