Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to provide additional information for formatting and developing an application submitted in response to PAR-09-134 (HIV Vaccine Research and Design (HIVRAD) Program (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-09-134.html).

Applications should include a Program Overview section (Research Objectives and Strategic Plan) that is limited to 12 pages.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
