Purpose:

The purpose of this Notice is to announce changes in PAR-09-103 entitled for "Centers for AIDS Research and Developmental Centers for AIDS Research”. The October 2010 Council date will change to January 2011 Council date. The earliest possible award date is currently March 1, 2011 and will remain unchanged.

NOTE: All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
