Explanation

On September 27, 2007, RFA-AI-07-036 was published in the NIH Guide; the RFA solicited paper applications. Since that time, it has become possible to take advantage of electronic submission of SF 424 (R&R) applications for RC1 applications.

Because this will expedite the receipt, assignment, review, and award of grants in response to this RFA, a revised RFA-AI-07-036 is being published so that applicants can submit electronically.

The receipt date remains January 9, 2008. Applications will still be abbreviated.
