DESCRIPTION

An Amendment has been issued to NIAID solicitation RFP-NIH-NIAID-DAIT-BAA-04-
38, entitled, "Innate Immune Receptors and Adjuvant Discovery."  This is 
Amendment #1, dated August 22, 2003.  The purpose of this amendment is to 
extend the deadline for receipt of proposals to Monday, October 6, 2003, 4:00 
p.m. EST, and also to extend the due date for the Proposal Intent Response 
Sheet to Friday, September 5, 2003.  

Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment #1 on each copy of the 
offer submitted.
