APPLICATION RECEIPT DATE:  November 13, 2003, November 15, 2004, and 
November 14, 2005

PURPOSE 

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases is sending out an 
addendum to PAR-03-094 http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-03-
094.html as a modification to the MECHANISM OF SUPPORT section in which 
language limiting applications in response to this PA to $750,000 first year 
total [direct and Facilities and Administrative (F&A)] costs has now been 
waived.  Applicants may now submit applications in response to this PA for 
requests over $750,000 first year total costs. However all applications 
exceeding $500,000 must first make contact and obtain approval from Program 
staff prior to submitting their application.
