This addendum is to inform potential applicants that the previous 
October 10 receipt date for PAR-00-093 is being discontinued, and that 
there are 2 new receipt dates available for submission of applications: 
June 10, 2002 and November 10, 2002.  The PA is located at the

As stated previously in the program announcement, applicants are 
reminded to submit, two additional exact copies of the grant
