Purpose

Generally, This Notice informs potential applicants that the National Institute on Aging (NIA) is participating, effective immediately, in notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) PAR-23-220, "SBIR/STTR Commercialization Readiness Pilot (CRP) Program Technical Assistance and Late Stage Development (SB1 Clinical Trial Required)."

Section I. Funding Opportunity Description

This section was modified to add:

        National Institute on Aging (NIA)

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) invites proposed CRP applications that align with NIA's mission. Applications addressing Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and AD-related dementias (ADRD) are of particular interest.  Generally, annual budget requests exceeding $2,000,000 in total costs per year may not be accepted. Applicants are encouraged to connect with the NIA Small Business Programs team prior to submission. NIA also participates in the NOFO PAR-23-219, “SBIR/STTR Commercialization Readiness Pilot (CRP) Program Technical Assistance and Late Stage Development (SB1, Clinical Trial Not Allowed).”
