This Notice informs applicants of changes to the Foreign Institutions Eligibility information and letter of support requirement for Project/Performance Site Location in Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PAR-21-109, "Early Stage Investigator Research Using Nonhuman Primate (NHP) Models (R21 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)".
Effective immediately, the following sections of PAR-21-109, "Early Stage Investigator Research Using Nonhuman Primate (NHP) Models (R21 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)" have been modified, as indicated below.
