Purpose

This Notice is to clarify the eligibility of non-U.S. components for PAR-13-320 , "Limited Competition: Multicenter Osteoarthritis Study (MOST) (U01)".

The Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is modified as follows.

1. Eligible Applicants

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.

Modified Language:
