PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

This notice is intended to correct and clarify the page limitation information 
given in RFA:  AG-04-001.  The page limitation for Cores is 20 pages.  
 
In the section entitled "SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION/SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS," 
applicants are instructed to follow the organization format described in the NIA 
Program Project Guidelines available at http://www.nia.nih.gov/ResearchInformation/
FundingAndTraining/ResearchSupport/P01Guidelines.htm, 
which restricts Cores on these P01 applications to 10 pages for 
sections a-d.  However, in the "SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS" section of RFA: 
AG-04-001 it states that the page limitation on Cores for the P30, which this 
announcement supports, is 20 pages for sections a-d.  This instruction is 
correct, the page limitation for Cores is 20 pages.   Applicants may use up to 
20 pages in describing each Core in response to RFA:  AG-04-001 in sections a-d.
