ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLEMENTS FOR HIGH THROUGHPUT TECHNOLOGY IN NIA-FUNDED LABORATORIES Release Date: March 5, 2001 NOTICE: NOT-AG-01-003 National Institute on Aging The NIA has Fiscal Year 2001 funds available for administrative supplements to NIA-funded awards for the development and/or application of DNA-based or protein-based microarray and other high throughput technology for aging research. These funds can be used to supplement active R01, R37, P01 or U01 NIA grants. However, research pilot grants (R03), Career mechanisms (K-awards), training mechanisms (F- and T- awards) and Center grants are not eligible for these supplements. These funds are not intended to be used for large scale sequencing projects per se or for contracting work out to already established facilities. The deadline for submission is April 16, 2001.
