The purpose of this notice is to inform applicants of changes in support for K99/R00, K22 and K24 career development awards.  Beginning in FY09 salary support for the K99 phase of new K99/R00 awards may range from 75% effort to a maximum of 100% effort not to exceed $105,000 per year.  Beginning in FY09 salary support for new K22 awards may range from 75% effort to a maximum of 100% effort not to exceed $105,000 per year.   Also in FY09 the research support for new K24 awards will be $50,000 per year and the restriction imposed by NOT-AA-01-001 and NOT-AA-04-001 will no longer apply to new K24 research support awards.
