CHANGE OF RECEIPT DATE FOR ALCOHOL RESEARCH CENTER GRANTS

National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism 

The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) wishes 
to give notice of a change of receipt date for applications submitted 
in response to RFA AA-00-003, Alcohol Research Center Grants.  This RFA 
appeared in the April 7, 2000 issue of the NIH Guide for Grants and 
Contracts and can be accessed at the following URL at  
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-AA-00-003.html on the 
Internet.  The previous receipt date of December 13, 2000 has been 
changed to  November 14, 2001.

The new application receipt date of November 14, 2001, results in the 
following revised schedule:

Letter of Intent Receipt Date:  October 15, 2001
Application Receipt Date:       November 14, 2001
Council Meeting Date:           September 16, 2002
Earliest Award Date:            December 1, 2002
