WIBR3 line was derived under 5% O2 and was split in half at the first passage immediately after stable establishment of hESCs, with one half remaining at 5% O2 (WIBR3 5%) and the other half shifted to culture under 20% O2 (WIBR3 20%). The oxygen concentration under which the line was maintained after the first splitting may be indicated with a superscript. Please see Lengner CJ et al.
