All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.

SEMINAR GROUP RATE DEADLINE
To receive the seminar group rate, reservations by attendees must be completed on or before April 1, 2011. After this date, rooms will not be available at the seminar rate. 

As of April 2, the conference group rate is no longer available.
