Org Chart Detail - ORIS Division of Information Services (DIS)

Functional Statement:

(1) Ensures the realization of the ORIS information management strategy; (2) responsible for the overall data quality and integrity of databases, including establishment and maintenance of External Organizations, IMPAC Authority Tables, and development of procedures to identify and correct IMPAC II discrepancies; (3) develops analytical reports, on-line statistical models and visualization tools for extramural programs; (4) oversees and administers SCI indexing, data mining and text mining; (5) provides guidance and leadership to the Information Architecture layer of the ORIS Enterprise Architecture; (6) develops and implements quantitative and computer-based models for long-range planning and budgetary allocations; and (7) establishes and maintains web-based systems to internal and external users.
