Data Quality Branch

Chief: Mark Siegert

Mission: Provide data monitoring, data updating, reporting and software testing and monitoring services in order to facilitate decision-making and grant-related activities within the NIH and other federal agencies, and provide accountability and transparency of NIH and other federal agencies' data to the public.

Audience: Services are provided to all agencies using the IMPAC II system, applicant organizations and principal investigators.

Functions:

  • Provide data monitoring, correction, updating and reporting
  • Involved in software and monitoring efforts in order to facilitate decision making and grant related activities within the NIH and other federal agencies.
