The Division of Extramural Activities Support is part of the Office of Administrative Operations (OAO). DEAS employs approximately 675 full and part-time employees. The management staff of the Division is located on the 5th floor, Rockledge 1, 6705 Rockledge Dr. The Division is responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to 25 NIH Institutes in the areas of grants management, program management, and scientific review.
