The purpose of this Notice is to clarify the direct costs that will be accepted by the NCRR for renewal applications submitted under the auspices of PAR-10-289, Resource Related Research Projects for Development of Animal Models and Related Materials (R24); https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-10-289.html.  The direct costs proposed for the first year of the renewal cannot be greater than 110% of the direct costs for the last non-competing year of the grant.
