INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR POTENTIAL APPLICANTS TO THE NCRR EXTRAMURAL RESEARCH 
FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

National Center for Research Resources

The Research Infrastructure (RI) area of the National Center for 
Research Resources (NCRR) announces a grantsmanship workshop for 
potential applicants to the FY 2001 "Extramural Research Facilities 
Construction Projects" Program.  The workshop will be held starting at 
8:00 a.m. on July 14, 2000, at the Lister Hill Center Auditorium, 
Building 38A, on the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland.  This pre- and 
post-award technical workshop will assist applicants and grantees with 
the requirements for extramural construction applications and to 
clarify any issues or questions from potential applicants.  Hotel rooms 
are available at the Bethesda Court Hotel at 800/874-0050 (refer to 
group code 713)and the Park Inn International and Suites at 800/752-
3800 (refer to group code 714).  Please inform RI staff of the 
anticipated number of attendees via email (taylorf@ncrr.nih.gov) or

web page (http://www.ncrr.nih.gov) for those unable to attend.  The FY 
2001 program announcement will be published in the NIH Guide for Grants 
and Contracts and posted to the NCRR web site as soon as it is 
available.
