Purpose

The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), RFA-OH-24-004, will be extended with two additional receipt dates with the publication of this notice: October 29, 2024 for FY2025 and October 28, 2025 for FY2026 funding considerations.

The NOFO purpose, major areas of research interest, objectives, target population, and other requirements, as well as allowed application types (new, resubmission), award budget (salary, other program-related expenses, and indirect costs) and project period (up to 3 years) remain unchanged.

CDC has retired the Risk Assessment Questionnaire Requirement and applicants are no longer required to submit the CDC Risk Questionnaire as part of their NOFO application. CDC continues to conduct the review of risk posed by applicants as described in the Review and Selection Process. We may ask for additional information prior to the award based on the results of the review. Risk Questionnaires that are submitted will not be included in this risk review.
