Purpose

Application Package Update and Extended June 2015 Due Date

The application package for PAR-13-245 currently provided in Grants.gov contains older Forms B versions of application forms that are no longer supported. Because of this, submitted applications are encountering processing errors which prevent them from being validated and accepted by CDC.

CDC is implementing a mechanism to successfully process these application submissions without impacting the applicants.

Also, please be advised that the current due date for this announcement is being extended from Friday June 12, 2015 to Wednesday June 17, 2015 at 11:59 pm.

Beginning Monday June 15, 2015, all submitted applications that are encountering processing errors will be re-processed and validated. When this occurs, applicants may receive email notifications from the eRA grants management system regarding their applications validation process.

Should you receive a notification indicating validation errors, please take action quickly. Correct and re-submit your applications through Grants.gov before the extended due date of June 17, 2015 at 11:59 pm. Any applications received after the extended due date and time will not be accepted.

Extension of Expiration Date

As of the posting date of this Notice, PAR-13-245 is extended until November 16, 2015.
