Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to correct the Eligible Organizations section of the Shared Instrumentation Grant (SIG) Program (S10 Clinical Trial Not Allowed). This notice removes For-Profit Organizations, Local Governments, Federal Governments, and Others from the list of Eligible Organizations found in Section III. Eligibility, making it consistent with companion NOFOs PAR-24-264 and PAR-24-326.

  • Private Institutions of Higher Education

The following types of Higher Education Institutions are always encouraged to apply for NIH support as Public or Private Institutions of Higher Education:

  • Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs)
