Purpose

This Notice is being issued to inform recipients that NIH does not plan to release in RePorter the names of all project personnel listed in section D (Participants) of the annual Research Performance Progress Reports (RPPRs). NIH has rescinded the requirement outlined in Notice of Intent to Release Names of NIH-Funded Research Project Personnel in the NIH Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tools Expenditures and Results (RePORTER) System until further review of the policy.
