Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants of six additional NIH organizations to PA-15-122, to change the Application Due Date and Expiration Date, to add Scientific/Research and Financial/Grants Management contacts, and to add an eligible activity code. To accommodate the changes below, investigators who submitted an application for the original application due date of May 5, 2015 may withdraw that application and resubmit, though they are not required to do so.

The FOA is updated accordingly.

NICHD recognizes that in young children, “self-management” of a childhood condition may reflect parental or caregiver management of the children’s condition.  The NICHD is interested in research on the mechanisms and processes that facilitate or impede parental management as well as children’s management of children’s chronic conditions.
