Purpose

This Notice extends the expiration date for PAR-11-001 "Animal and Biological Material Resource Centers (P40)." As indicated below, the FOA will be extended to accept paper PHS 398 applications on the standard due date for competing P series applications of September 25, 2013:

CURRENT Expiration Date: September 8, 2013

NEW Expiration Date: January 8, 2014

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
