SCAW Winter IACUC Conference: December 5-6, 2011 in San Antonio, TX

The Scientists Center for Animal Welfare (SCAW) will present the 2011 Winter Conference "IACUC Responsibility and Compliance: New Guide Changes" on December 5 and 6, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas with support from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, the NIH, Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Animal Care.

The SCAW Winter Conference is a two day event for Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) members and administrators, principal investigators, attending veterinarians, regulatory personnel and laboratory animal care staff. The program will provide key findings and advances in research animal welfare and explore policy and management issues related to IACUCs.
