OLAW COSPONSORS COMPLIANCE CONFERENCE SEPTEMBER 14 IN CALIFORNIA

The Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW), along with the USDA Animal and 
Plant Health Inspection Service, is pleased to co-sponsor the California Society 
for Biomedical Research September 14 Conference entitled Compliance:  The 
Right Stuff.

The Conference will focus on compliance with PHS Policy on Humane Care and Use 
of Laboratory Animals, and related USDA animal welfare regulations and AAALAC 
requirements.  It will address responsible conduct of research, fostering an 
institutional culture of compliance, and related topics.  The University of 
California, Davis will host the meeting at the Walter A. Buehler Alumni and 
Visitors Center.
