Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to inform potential applicants of a change in the key dates for notice of funding opportunity (NOFO)  PAR-25-049, NIH SIREN Neurologic Clinical Trials (UG3/UH3 - Clinical Trial Required). Specifically, an additional receipt date of June 6, 2026 has been added to this NOFO for new applications, and an additional receipt date of July 08, 2026 has been added to this NOFO for renewal applications. Accordingly,  this NOFO now expires on July 9, 2026. 

The following section of PAR-25-049 has been modified.
