Purpose

This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke announces its participation, effective immediately, on the Program Announcement PAR-10-266, titled "Support of NIGMS Program Project Grants (P01)." The Components of Participating Organizations section of PAR-10-266 has been revised to include NINDS:

NINDS supports biomedical and behavioral research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of neurological disorders and stroke. The NINDS Program Project and Center Grant Guidelines, including the direct cost limitations, apply (http://www.ninds.nih.gov/funding/ppg_guidelines.htm). Applications assigned to the NINDS will receive a second level of review by the National Advisory Neurological Disorders and Stroke Council (NANDSC).

The CFDA number for NINDS is: 93.853.
