The NIMH has made the following amendments and corrections to these two 
program announcements (PAR-99-118 and PAR-99-119) available at

In PAR-99-118 appendices are now permitted.  The appropriate paragraph in the 
section headed PHS 398 is:

The title and number of the program announcement must be typed in Section 2 
of the face page of the application.  As with most applications to NIH, the 
research plan is limited to 25 pages.
