On October 5, 2006, NOT-OD-07-001,Change in Standing Receipt Dates for NIH/AHRQ/NIOSH Beginning in January 2007, was published in the NIH Guide.

With this notice AHRQ informs the research community that the application submission dates listed in PA-06-074 for AHRQ small conference (R13) grants have not changed. Submission dates remain February 20, April 20, June 20, August 20, October 20 and December 20 annually. All applications must be submitted electronically. The implementation of electronic applications has brought a change in terminology. The new Grants.gov terminology corresponds to traditional NIH terms as follows:

New = new
Resubmission = a revised or amended application
