This notice serves as a follow-up to NOT-OD-04-063 (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-04-063.html), released in the NIH Guide on September 2, 2004, to remind AHRQ grant recipients that, until further notice, non-competing continuation applications (form PHS 2590) are to be submitted directly to AHRQ at the following address (use for US Postal Service or courier/express mail):

In general, PHS 2590 applications are due to AHRQ four (4) months prior to the scheduled start date of the upcoming budget period. Grantees should refer to the terms of award on grants issued in Fiscal Year 2004 and to the AHRQ web site http://www.ahrq.gov/fund/noncomp.htm for special instructions.
