Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to inform the biomedical research community of the availability of forms to request Helium-3 for FY 2027 that is intended for medical research (such as hyperpolarized MRI). Requests are being accepted now through July 10, 2026.
Request forms and further information may be obtained by emailing the NIH Representative for the DoE Inter-Agency Helium-3 Working Group.
