Purpose

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) issued Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) on September 14, 2020: RFA-HL-21-015 HeartShare: Next-Generation Phenomics to Define Heart Failure Subtypes and Treatment Targets Clinical Centers (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) and RFA-HL-21-016 HeartShare: Next Generation Phenomics to Define Heart Failure Subtypes and Treatment Targets Data Translation Center (U54 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) .

A pre-submission technical assistance webinar is being offered to inform potential applicants about RFA-HL-21-015 and RFA-HL-21-016. This will include a review of the purpose and objectives of the FOA, application and peer review requirements, and budget considerations.

All prospective applicants are invited to attend and are strongly encouraged to send relevant questions prior to the webinar to maximize the use of time. Questions should be sent by email to sachdevv@nhlbi.nih.gov by Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
