Purpose

The intent of this Notice is to 1) announce an extension to the first Application Due Date listed for RFA-HL-18-023 "Stimulating Access to Research in Residency (StARR) (R38)" and 2) clarify a component of NOT-HL-17-359 related to the number of applications permitted from each Institution.
