Purpose

On August 29, 2016, the NHLBI issued Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-HL-17-022 "Maximizing the Scientific Value of the NHLBI Biorepository: Scientific Opportunities for Exploratory Research (R21)". This Notice provides supplemental information for applicants regarding foreign eligibility requirements. The following sections of the FOA are revised accordingly:
