Purpose

On September 23, 2016, the NHLBI issued Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-HL-18-002 Perinatal Stroke (R01)". The purpose of this Notice is to amend the Eligibility section to expand eligibility to Foreign institutions and foreign components.
