Each budget year may not exceed the following direct cost thresholds: Year 1: $115,000, Year 2: $250,000, Year 3: $250,000,000, Year 4: $250,000.

New Language (Correct):

Each budget year may not exceed the following direct cost thresholds: Year 1: $115,000, Year 2: $250,000, Year 3: $250,000, Year 4: $250,000.  

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
