Purpose

This Notice is being provided as a clarification PAR-10-114 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-10-114.html), published in the NIH Guide on February 24, 2010.  The purpose of this Notice is to alert applicants responding to this FOA that they should complete and include a detailed budget (R&R Budget Component) in the application instead of a modular budget, regardless of the amount of funds requested.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
