Purpose

PAR-14-207 "Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR) High Throughput Sequencing and Genotyping Resource Access (X01)" is set-up to accept applications on a continuous basis from May 28, 2014 until July 1, 2017 rather than specifying exact due dates. We are updating our application forms to implement new requirements for applications for due dates on or after May 25, 2016 (FORMS-D; NOT-OD-16-004). This Notice announces our plans to update PAR-14-207 with FORMS-D application forms.

• FORMS-C: On May 25, 2016 we will close the FORMS-C application package and it will no longer show as an option to download from Grants.gov or to initiate an application in ASSIST.
  
  Since these X01 applications do not compete against each other, we have configured our systems to continue to accept FORMS-C applications for these FOAs through June 24, 2016. This allows applications started before May 25 to complete the submission process for the October council round without disruption.

• FORMS-D: On May 25, 2016 we will post a new FORMS-D application package. Any applications initiated on or after May 25, 2016 must use the FORMS-D application package. Use of FORMS-D will not impact the Council round to which an application is assigned.
